Most people reading this know I am a graphic designer (among other things) with print on demand shops at both Printfection and Zazzle. Both printers sell similar merchandise, and I try to keep the same images at both printers.

Why?

Printfection does very high quality work. They try hard to do the best printing in the world of print on demand. Their colors are brighter, their inks are longer lasting. They also have incredibly good customer service.

But their product line is small, and they don’t market my merchandise for me.

Enter Zazzle. They have an enormous number of products, and they are constantly adding new ones. They have a marketplace, and work hard to get visitors through the search engines. They have almost constant coupons and promotions. Though their quality isn’t quite as good as Printfection’s, it’s not at all bad.

So I continue to use both printers: Printfection for top quality, and Zazzle for wide exposure, lower prices, and more products.

Which should you buy from? What are you looking for?
