Kitchener Stitch<\/em> is a short book describing how to work Kitchener stitch (also known as weaving or grafting), a technique used to join knitting invisibly. For those of you who don’t knit, Kitchener stitch is most often used to seamlessly finish the toes of socks.<\/p>\n I’ve always had problems remembering what order to work the steps in, and if I need help, I’m sure many other knitters do, too. So I wrote this short ebook to use as a reference.<\/p>\n The ebook has two main sections. The first contains small photos and short descriptions of each step, and is intended as a refresher. On many readers, the four “repeat after the *” steps will fit on one screen, making it easy to refer back to your reader.<\/p>\n Each step in the first section also links to a page with a large photo nd a more detailed description. This is good if you are learning Kitchener stitch, or just want a larger view.<\/p>\n Finally, there are tips for neatly beginning and ending the work, and making the stitches blend in with the rest of the knitting.<\/p>\n
