I’m starting a new section in my blog, which works with my new website framework.
If you go to my Portfolio page, you’ll see a carousel “slide show” of my graphic design and web design work. The way this slide show works is that I select a post category, and all the featured images from all the posts in that category are collected for the slides. Clicking on any slide takes you to the post.
Using this system for an artist’s portfolio makes sense, as I have space to describe each image. I can also include as many images as I want (though too many may get boring). The slide show also makes sense for products in an online shop, photos of key people in your organization (with links to their blog posts or biographies), class listings …
So, stay tuned as I add images to the portfolio!
