Yesterday I posted a new pattern for sale on Ravelry: Jon’s Fish Mittens.

These were mittens I knit when Jon was a toddler who loved “ish.” I designed the pattern, and we dyed “goldfish” colored yarn with food coloring. I had also designed a hat that never was knit up, as Jon preferred his coat’s hood to hats.

Everything is in the pattern: mittens, hat, and dyeing instructions. It’s fun, and guaranteed to make any “ish” loving toddler smile.
